To initiate the sign-up process, please call or email a member of our team using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page. Our team will guide you through the next steps, which include the following...

You will need to fill out USPS Form 1583, which authorizes us to receive mail on your behalf. The form is a requirement for all virtual mailbox services.

Along with the USPS Form 1583, you will need to provide two acceptable forms of identification as listed on the form. This is necessary to verify your identity and ensure the security of your mail.

Once the form is completed, it must be notarized. For your convenience, our mailroom staff can provide this service for you. This step is required to validate your identity, and the information provided on the form.

After notarization, submit the completed USPS Form 1583 and your identification documents to our mailroom for approval. Our team will review and approve your application promptly.

Upon approval, you will receive your new virtual mail address. You can then begin receiving mail and packages securely and efficiently through EDU Mailroom.
